LIBERIA - JULY 2026
God moved.
God moved powerfully in Monrovia, Liberia in July 2026. We had the privilege of teaching and ministering alongside local believers, equipping pastors with a deeper understanding of the Word so they can go forth and teach their congregations. The Holy Spirit showed up in undeniable ways — healings, miracles, and souls were saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. This was not a moment; it was a movement.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed me to preach
the gospel to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to
proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

Foy's primary function is to show a generation who Jesus is through experiencing practical application of the Word of God, and he endeavors to strengthen the Body of Christ with a strong emphasis on New Testament (New Covenant) doctrine.
